I'm Currently having issues with a friend of mine. She's been acting really different lately. As if she's worried about popularity and not caring about how many times she's picked them over me. What should I do?

Fisrt really ask her if something's wrong. If she says no you should pull her aside at recess or lunch and talk to her. Don't get others involved, you don't want to have others sliding in their opinions.
